Pelican Sheep Station Tours
Pelican Sheep Station offers guests the quintessential Australian
experience on working sheep property situated 10km south of Goulburn on the
Braidwood road.
There is 2,300acres (930 hectares) with sheep, cattle and cropping.
See a sheep shearing and working dogs demonstration; cuddle the lambs
(when available). Watch the day-to-day running of the station or enjoy a
bushwalk, you may even catch a glimpse of kangaroos or other native
wildlife.
You are welcome to browse through the souvenir shop with Australian made lanolin cosmetics, Aussie sheep and kangaroo skin products.
Tours are available for 1 person up to 200 people by prior arrangement.
This is a working property so bookings are essential.
Option 1 (1hr & 15min.): Tour include wool samples, sheep shearing
demo, sheepdogs working & lambs to cuddle (when available).
Option 2 (2hrs & 15min.): As above plus visit sheep or cattle sale yards - available Tuesdays and Wednesdays only.
Option 3: Special tour of Pelican Sheep Station for small groups (max 4 people in owner's vehicle or up to 10 people using own vehicle).
Costs from $6 per adult, $4.50 per child.

Location:
Pelican Sheep Station is ideally situated next to Wakefield Park, 10kms
south of Goulburn on the Braidwood Road; 2 hours drive from Sydney and one
hour from Canberra.
Take the exit to Goulburn from the highway and then follow the signs
towards Braidwood.
