Goulburn Brewery

Goulburn Brewery

The Goulburn Brewery complex houses much more than the brewery itself. There is also a maltings, a steam powered flour mill, cooperage, tobacco curing kiln, as well as a mews of stables and workers' cottages - all designed as an integrated industrial complex by colonial architect Francis Greenway.

The complex was reopened in 1990 and incorporates a hotel, restaurant, function rooms, cabaret theatre restaurant, art gallery and accommodation.

Taste the real ales, brewed in the time honoured traditional way, with top fermentation in open-top vessels.

A visit to Goulburn is incomplete without a conducted tour of this special place in Australian history.

Open Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays from 10am. Other times for appointment. Enjoy tours, tastings and lunch. Dinner by appointment.

The Goulburn Brewery hosts regular live music with monthly Irish Pub-Style Sessions, Irish Music with lunch and Australian Bush Tradition Gatherings plus monthly craft markets. See What's On in Goulburn & Surrounds for upcoming dates.

Guided tours at 10am (no bookings required) or by appointment.

The Bradley Grange at the Goulburn Brewery is the perfect venue for special events - choose from a variety of function rooms.

Adult groups can enjoy the one stop convenience of three activities on one site: a tour of the Brewery, morning or afternoon tea or lunch in the dining area.

Also available, accommodation in the Mews and workers' cottages.

The Goulburn Brewery is part of the Merino Country food, wine & culture trail.

See MAP for location.
