Pelican Sheep Station
Pelican Sheep Station is a working sheep property on 2,300acres (930
hectares) with sheep, cattle and cropping. Watch the day-to-day running of
the station or enjoy a bushwalk, you may even catch a glimpse of kangaroos
or other native wildlife.
There is a variety of accommodation to choose from at Pelican Sheep
Station. Continental breakfast available with 48 hours notice.
5 bedroom house (sleeps up to 7 people)
4 self-contained cabins (up to 6 people per cabin)
2 bedrooms - 1 double bed (with electric blanket & linen) and 4 single
beds (with or without linen), heater, shower and toilet, colour TV, clock
radio and tea and coffee making facilities.
Bunkhouse (sleeps 35 people total, min. booking 10 people)
8 separate bedrooms with 2 double bunks each, 1 room with double bunk.
Common room with cooking facilities, microwave, colour TV, video, lounges,
tables, heaters in all rooms, tea and coffee making facilities and table
tennis available. Covered area to shower and toilet block and campfire. All
beds have pillow, pillow case and mattress cover, sheets and blankets
available for hire.
Camping area
Plenty of space for pitching a tent, full amenities block and campfire.
Location:
Pelican Sheep Station is ideally situated next to Wakefield Park, 10kms
south of Goulburn on the Braidwood Road; 2 hours drive from Sydney and one
hour from Canberra.
Take the exit to Goulburn from the highway and then follow the signs
towards Braidwood.
Tours and demonstrations available by prior
arrangement.
This is a working property so bookings are essential.
