Goulburn Brewery
Designed by Francis Greenway, Australia's finest architect. Come and see an original 19th century industrial complex now restored for your comfort, refreshment and entertainment.
Cosy 2 room suites in the restored Brewer's Cottage and in the Mews of Worker's Cottages, each with private facilities.
Each suite has a double bed in one room and one or two single beds in the other which becomes a sitting room during the day. An ideal spot for family groups, reunions, etc with a variety of function rooms available.
A visit to Goulburn is incomplete without a conducted tour of this special place in Australian history. Australia's oldest brewery and industrial complex continues to brew ales in the time honoured traditional way with top fermentation in open-top vessels, using original recipes.
Open daily from 11am for self-guided tours, tastings and lunch.
Guided tours 11am & 3pm Sundays (no bookings required) or by appointment.
Goulburn Brewery is part of the Merino Country food, wine & culture trail.
