Reports indicate two houses had been built at the original Goulburn settlement by 1823, but it wasn't for another ten years that plans were approved for the town of Goulburn. By 1848 Goulburn had some 1,200 residents.

In 2008, Goulburn's population is 22,000 (27,277 in total for the whole local government area).

A House in Goulburn is a fully self-contained 2 bedroom home with shared bathroom including bath located in the heart of Goulburn accommodating 4-6 people.

Fully equipped kitchen consists of microwave, oven, refrigerator, and 4-6 seater dining room. The lounge room has TV/Video.

One queen bed and two king single beds with quality linen, doonas and towels provided. Cot is also available by request. Fully equipped laundry.

New: Bungalow now available for additional or seperate accommodation.
